Andrea ZussmanAndrea Zussman brings over 25 years of disaster and humanitarian emergency experience to The San Francisco Foundation. Since late 2007, Andrea has managed the Foundation’s disaster portfolio, developing and implementing multi-faceted strategies to help prepare Bay Area communities, as well as the Foundation, for disasters. Prior to her work at the Foundation, she served for seven years as Manager for Emergency Preparedness Education for the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter. She also spent 12 years in the field of international relief and community development. Andrea holds a Master of International Affairs degree focused on Economic and Political Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations.  She currently serves on the State Commission for California Volunteers.
