Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Communications
Gail Fuller is the Foundation’s Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Communications. She will lead The San Francisco Foundation’s marketing and communications efforts as the organization rolls out its new strategy to advance racial and economic inclusion in the Bay Area.
With 28 years of marketing and communications experience, Fuller’s career has spanned several industries, including nonprofit, corporate, and sports. Previously, Fuller was Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the Washington D.C. nonprofit Rebuilding Together, which focuses on transforming the lives of low-income homeowners by improving the safety and health of their homes and revitalizing the communities they serve. Prior to that, she led the Rockefeller Brothers Fund’s first strategic communications program as Director of Communications.
As a recipient of the Central Florida YMCA Black Achiever Award and the YMCA Greater New York-Harlem Branch Black Achievers in Industry Award, she is a two-time YMCA Black Achiever honoree recognized for her accomplishments in her field and community. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Right Question Institute.
Fuller holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Wake Forest University.
