Why do you do what you do?
I am a Bay Area native who grew up in Richmond and Berkeley. I have experienced the inequity embedded in local institutions first-hand and I have dedicated my career to finding solutions that are evidence-based.
What drew you to the foundation?
I was inspired by the foundation’s leadership on racial and economic justice and vision of the Bay Area as a place where everyone can thrive, regardless of their background.
How would you describe your role?
I help develop and manage tools for tracking data to better understand the foundation’s impact and be responsive to our community partners.
