San Francisco Foundation Office
The San Francisco Foundation’s physical office is open to invited guests. Our work with grantees, donors, and partners is essential, and we will continue to work in both the physical San Francisco office and from remote locations.
As part of our efforts to keep our staff and community members alike safe, we require that invited guests complete a brief self-certification form prior to entering our physical office for a meeting or event. This self-certification form will be provided at the entrance of our office or reach out to the SFF contact you are visiting to have one sent to you electronically.
