Why do you do what you do?
My passion is aligning people to their career purpose, whatever that may be. The field of human resources allows me to connect diverse groups of people with each other to reach their goals.
What drew you to the foundation?
I was drawn to the focus on equity, and passion to address key pressing needs of the local community. I also have a love for community programmatic work, philanthropy and human resources. This position at the foundation allows me to align those areas in support of the full organization.
How would you describe your role?
I help people achieve their career dreams and goals and guide organizations in creating the environment that allows for the workforce to not only achieve their goals but the priorities of the organization through staff talent.
Are you involved in any volunteer activities?
I am actively involved in my community through board and hands on activities.
