Why do you do what you do? What drew you to the foundation?
What draws me to the foundation are the employees, mission, values and commitment we’ve made to under-resourced communities. The foundation aligns with my lean toward innovation and unlocking possibilities.
How would you describe your role?
The Operations team that I lead oversees a full spectrum of the foundation’s day-to-day talent, administrative and operational functions. Operations include Human Resources, Information Technology, Grants Administration, Office Administration, Organizational Development, and Board Governance.
