What drew you to the foundation?
I came to the foundation because of its commitment to advancing racial and economic equity–externally and internally. I am humbled and inspired to work with a team dedicated to creating a socially just and equitable society.
How would you describe your role?
I partner with donors and their advisors to make long-term plans around how to leverage their resources towards a thriving and inclusive Bay Area. These long-term plans might take the form of a gift through one’s will to create a fund that aims to bring together people of different races, ages, and religious beliefs through the arts, or a charitable remainder trust that will create an endowed fund to provide grants for youth, education, and economic mobility.
