Why do you do what you do?
I am driven by a heartfelt belief in the power of community and the importance of promoting equity. It is my goal in my work and life to be part of the solution, working towards a more inclusive and just society.
What drew you to the foundation?
I was drawn to the San Francisco Foundation because it aligns my experience in non-profit program management and policy research with my passion for equity and resilient communities. The foundation’s social justice approach in philanthropy, particularly its commitment to racial and economic equity, resonates deeply with me. I value the foundation’s clear objectives, community focus, and the combination of policy change and community investment to address critical issues. Working in this foundation allows me to contribute to meaningful impact while continuing to learn and grow.
How would you describe your role?

Working alongside dedicated colleagues, we strive to foster partnerships between government and communities, promoting equitable housing policies for a brighter future.
