What drew you to the foundation?
Community matters to me, which is why I have spent my entire adult life serving in the nonprofit sector. Through my work in nonprofit finance, I recognized the San Francisco Foundation as a trailblazing organization that promoted strong community through philanthropy. I am honored to be a part of the foundation.
How would you describe your role?
As part of the accounting team, I help ensure the foundation’s financial health and stability and maintain standards for financial data. I help produce timely, accurate reports and analysis of financial results which aid the organization’s leadership to make decisions based on the fiscal capabilities of the organization.
Are you involved in any volunteer activities?
I serve on the cabinet committee of Children’s Day School in San Francisco, an independent co-educational school for students in preschool through eighth grade.
