Merredith Treaster

Merredith Treaster is a Senior Vice President and the Northern California market leader at EQ Office Blackstone with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate across notable firms in the Bay Area. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the existing portfolio as well as helping EQ expand its presence in the region. She most recently served as a Managing Director for Nuveen’s U.S. Strategic Lab Vehicle where she was responsible for all aspects of investment opportunity and performance nationally. She previously served as the Northwest Regional Head of office and life science overseeing transactions and asset management in the Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, and Salt Lake City. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the acquisition, disposition, development, re-development and/or asset management of 1.8 million square feet of life science and 12 million square feet of office investments, representing more than $1.4 billion and $9 billion in value, respectively across firms including Hines, Tishman Speyer, and The John Buck Company.
